Your typical writer, Lou observes, drinks, and writes what he experiences and sees in his every day life.  He has not written anything for any major publications or anything of importance.

David Uzzell was a former stagier at Fäviken, a two-Michelin starred restaurant in Sweden. He has also worked at Marcel’s by Robert Wiedmaier, Reverie, the White House, Minibar by José Andrés and is currently the manager at Mozzeria, a Deaf-owned and Deaf-run pizzeria in Washington, DC.
